Return & Replacement Policy
At Insight Cosmetics, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
How to raise a request -
Please email us at care@insightcosmetics.in or WhatsApp us on 8928949140 within 48 hours of receiving your order and share:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time
This helps us verify and resolve your concern quickly. Alternatively, you may also fill out the return/replacement form available in the “My Account” section. Please note that this form must be completed to process your return or replacement request.
Eligible cases -
Return or replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item in the package
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All labels, tags, accessories, freebies, and the shipping box must be returned
- Each item can only be replaced once
- Shipping charges and COD convenience fees are non-refundable
- Products included in kits / sets / combos are not individually eligible for return or replacement and will be replaced as a whole only in case of damage or defect
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
- The product is used, opened, or seal-broken
- You have changed your mind / no longer require the product
- The product is returned without original packaging, labels, tags, shipping box, freebies, or accessories
- The serial number / label has been tampered with
- The product has been altered after delivery
- The request is raised after 48 hours of order delivery
- The item is a free product / promotional gift
Unboxing Video Guidelines
To help us resolve any concerns related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Please ensure the following:
- Before accepting the delivery: Check the outer package carefully. If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, please take a photo, refuse the delivery, and share the image along with your order details with our support team.
- During unboxing: Record a single, uninterrupted video in good lighting that clearly captures the sealed package, shipping label, all sides of the parcel, the opening process, and all items received inside.
- In case of an issue: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please clearly show the affected product and the shipping label in the same video.
Please note that the video should be continuous and unedited for the claim to be reviewed.
Important note: Although we make every effort to display product shades and colors accurately, slight variations may occur depending on your device, screen settings, or operating system.
Refund / Replacement timeline -
Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 4-5 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source or wallet, as applicable.
